I have 25 years experience in customer service, including 10 years as a small business owner. I have been investing in Real Estate since 1992. Believing in a strong educational foundation, I have attained the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the e-Pro Certified Internet Professional designation. Only 20 % of Realtors have attained the GRI designation. I have also taken numerous classes with regard to Real Estate investing, negotiating, and securing passive income. Born in Spokane, I have a great husband and seven pets. I am a huge animal lover and adopt wayward pets that need homes. Included in the mix are two dogs, one cat and two potbellied pigs.  I enjoy going to our cabin at Clear Lake, if time allows.
